One Dunedinite’s response to the passing of the GCSB Bill…

The following images were provided (anonymously) to this blogger. They show one Dunedinite’s response to the passing of the GCSB Bill on 21 August. The message, “John Key is big brother” was painted on the footpath outside National List MP, Michael Woodhouse’s, office…

Thanks to the person who sent in the images – and kudos for not spray-painting the building with the message.

The question now, is, will an incoming Labour-Green government repeal the GCSB Act, or will it tolerate the creeping growth of State power and surveillance in this country?

Given that Labour is a eunuch in sheep’s clothing, don’t expect them to repeal a thing. 9 years in office last time, and they didn’t tackle half of what Roger Douglas/Ruth Richardson did. No, they now follow Winnie’s mantra and are consumed with the bubbles of power.

how about for once we push national and labour down and bring up and party like the greens or the internet party, i don’t no a huge deal about politics i am just sick of seeing john keys smug face not fixing this country and politicians battling each other within the government like Facebook gossiping teenagers instead of using that passion to bloody fix this diminishing country.
