This’ll be my birthday and Christmas prezzies rolled into one, Debs! I’ve watched the “Dr Who BBC Proms” on Youtube and can’t wait to immerse myself amongst Cybermen, Daleks, Judoon, Weeping Angels, Silurians, The Silence, etc, etc…

And if the Tardis door is slightly ajar – I might just take a wee quick trip through time. You’ll hardly notice my short absence! 😉

Kathryn Ryan interviewed Peter Davison this morning, and played an extract from the show.. I have it on the DVD of one of the Christmas specials as a special feature. I asked my son if he’s going, but his shifts at the hospital don’t permit, sadly. If you take a short trip have fun and don’t get killed! 😀

I plan to listen to it today, on replay-radio, Debs! 🙂

Heard it this afternoon, Debs. Good interview! It was interesting when Peter revealed that his character, The Doctor, was not allowed to put his arms around any of his female Companions, lest be be interpreted as “something untoward”.

What a contrast these days, when a clone of the tenth Doctor ends up snogging Rose! And there is something between the eleventh doctor and Amy Pond!!

Ah, those were more innocent days… I watched ‘Black Orchid’ last night, Peter Davison in July 1925, playing cricket. It’s what ‘The Unicorn and the Wasp’ was aiming for, maybe? Silly, sweet and probably very popular at the time (1982)
