It’s a Man’s World, I guess…

Full Story

$20 million spent on advertising the military…

Meanwhile, back in the Real World,

$20 million to advertise the Army – “Must Have” *tick*

$800,000 cut from Women’s Refuges to save lives – “Nice to Have” (But cannot afford.) *cross*

If this isn’t making your stomach turn and a sense of outrage rising up in you, then you have all the emotional capacity of a Dalek.

There is only one word for this, and that word is obscene.

It is an obscenity that Womens Refuges are starved of financial support, but National can waste our money on stupid things like advertising!!! I voted for Key in 2008. Never again!

People shouldn’t be surprised when National cuts funding to much needed social services. They do it in the 1990s and they’re doing it again.

Very soon, people are going to wake up to what they lost by voting for Key and his mates. But not before we’ve lost a lot of very vital social support services and networks.
